Outside of Senandou Apothecary, people lined up in droves to receive succor from the arcane plague that had ravaged the land. With her stock of herbs quickly running low, Eikko set out on a journey to find more.
In the verdant Avalonnian Vale, a fell wind billowed, bringing an unnatural chill that withered the trees and dulled the magic in the enchanted forest. As the vale’s Guardian, Amalia dug through her clan’s archives to uncover knowledge of the evil’s origin.
In the flowery fields of the Daydream, the goddess Eve found that something was amiss in her realm of daydreams. Corruption had taken hold of her world of reveries, turning sections of it into a nightmarish landscape, and she knew not how to restore what had been changed.
our meeting
Eikko recalled a dusty old manor that often had good supplies to pick through. Upon her arrival, however, she was surprised to find that the manor was occupied by a rather disgruntled Amalia. Eikko tried to explain she had no idea that anyone lived in the manor but Amalia did not believe her. As the two tussled in the manor’s storage, they bumped into a shelf, knocking over a vial that poured a powder over the both of them. Before they fell into a stupor, Amalia read the words “Dust of Daydream” on the vial's label.
The two awoke in a field of flowers. As they tried to get their bearings, Eve called out to them, believing them to be more lost souls. She welcomed them to the Daydream though quickly realized the two were at odds. After Eve calmed the two down, Eikko explained the plight of her world and why she had needed the herbs in the first place.
our promise
As they conversed in the flower-filled Daydream, they realized that each of their home’s respective problems began at the same time. They concluded that each threat had to be related somehow and thus they vowed to put an end to it together.
Amalia foraged for the herbs for Eikko, who in turn brewed them into medicines to treat the ailing. Eve gave the suffering happy daydreams to steal away some of their worries, and with their teamwork, they realized that they shared many common goals and interests. Though they met in such a strange way, they soon found themselves smiling and laughing as they worked. When they shared in their joy and delight, they found that others smiled and that in itself was a sort of medicine called “hope” that inspired others to keep fighting through despair and gloom.
Though the people of Eikko’s world were saved, there still remained the threats in both the Daydream and in the Avalonnian Vale. The trio decided to work together to uncover the origin of these mysterious dangers and thus was the group known as kisaキサ formed!
